• We are NOT liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the breach
• We are NOT responsible for any misuse of your data by third parties
• We will provide notice as required by Florida Statute 501.171 and applicable law
• Notice may be provided via email, platform notification, or website posting
• You assume ALL risk related to data security when using our Service
• We maintain no cyber liability insurance and cannot compensate for losses
